Psychologist / Psychotherapist Christina Galani  has completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at Panteion University, and holds a MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.

In recent years, she has been working in a private office supporting psychotherapeutic adults, adolescents and children and at the same time is an adult educator on Emotional Intelligence, mental resilience and stress management. She has worked for 12 years in multinational companies as a consultant in matters of empowerment, training and development of human resources and has been trained in the Solution Focused Coaching (ICF-accredited course) by Solution Surfers. She has also been certified as a Parent Trainer following the model of Thomas Gordon (EAG). She is currently a trainee member in the 4-year clinical specialization program in systemic & family psychotherapy of the Institute of Systemic Education, Research and Psychotherapy “Logo Psychis”. More specifically, her therapeutic approach focuses on an enriched form of Systemic Psychotherapy, called SANE – System Attachment Narrative Encephalon. It is a synthesis of the Systemic Approach with the theory of emotional connection, the principles of narrative psychology and contemporary findings in the field of neuroscience.

At the same time, she is an associate psychologist at the private Schools “Manesi & Tsiamouli”, as well as at employee training and development companies.

Clinically, she specializes in issues that have to do mainly, with the management of anxiety & panic attacks, with mourning, relationship improvement, parenting, as well as the management of critical changes and career.
