Psychologist Tsouridi Ourania holds an honors degree from the Department of Psychology of the University of Crete and holds two postgraduate degrees, the first from the University of Stirling in Scotland with a specialization in Psychology and Health and the second from the National School in Public Health and specifically in Chronic Diseases and Health Behaviors.

During her professional career she has worked for five years at the Center for Recovery and Rehabilitation of Children at Voula (Athens), (former PIKPA) in the program “Reintegration of People with Special Needs in Autonomous Living”, as Head of structures in the community (hostels, apartments) and Head / Coordinator Teams of the Scientific staff and the Tenants of the structures. From 2010 until today, she works in major Nursing Institutions of Athens as a Psychologist with significant experience and specialization in areas such as Child Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, Intensive Care Units, Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Neonatology Clinic, Pain Clinic, Pediatrics of the Hospitals but also as a Psychologist of all the Departments and Clinics of the Hospitals in which she works.

Ms. Tsouridi specializes in medical psychology, psychopathology, personality assessment, providing special tools for measuring intelligence and personality, crisis management, anxiety disorders, providing palliative care services to end-stage patients, stress and loss management, and health management.

She has been an external collaborator of the Adolescent Health Unit (AHU), 2nd Department of Pediatrics of the Children’s Hospital “P. & A. Kyriakou “, where she dealt with issues of adolescent health, cyberbullying, internet addiction, school adaptation difficulties, school bullying. She has participated in the European Survey EUNET ADB www.eunetadb.eu, which was conducted in seven European countries and deals with high-risk online behaviors in adolescents.

Ms. Tsouridi throughout her career, has significant activity in the field of research in the cognitive fields of psychology, psychometry and psychopathology of children, adolescents and adults by writing scientific articles in reputable scientific journals, but also, with numerous participations as a speaker in International, Pan-European and Panhellenic Conferences.
